Biography

I am currently a PhD candidate in the statistics program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I entered the statistics program in 2019 and my current research interests lie in applying novel statistical methods, such as deep learning, to problems in the sciences. Prior to entering the program, I worked as a Junior Data Engineer at Omnicom Media Group UK.

I graduated from Yale-NUS College, a liberal arts college in Singapore, in 2018 and UWC Adriatic in 2014.

I enjoy playing sports in my free time. Currently I play soccer and rugby.
